Description

• Lead and expand the product management team, providing mentorship and development to achieve high performance and career growth • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our fintech ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market demand • Develop business cases for new vertical solutions, presenting essential information for executive decision-making • Present progress reports to executives, senior leadership and stakeholders regularly • Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product management team • Manage product pricing, promotions, and the entire lifecycle of specific product lines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in program management or product delivery within business applications, preferably in the ERP domain • In-depth knowledge of vertical markets such as field services, commerce, distribution, and retail • 5+ years in a management role, demonstrating a blend of business acumen and technical expertise • Proactive in understanding customer interactions with products and innovating solutions for broader market needs • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and time-management skills • Experience in a large company environment, with a desire to apply that knowledge to a smaller, agile team • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a self-driven approach to achieving realistic goals
