Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and administration • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages • Good knowledge of ITIL processes • ServiceNow certifications
