Description

• Guide the design, maintenance, and support of a functional area within Workday • Responsible for successful implementation, integration, and customization of the Workday application in the HCM area • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues with Workday • Gather business and system requirements, design Workday solutions, and lead UAT • Train end-users and create system usage guidelines for data integrity • Lead implementations related to performance and talent management in Workday • Coach and develop Workday Analysts for project success • Create training guides, FAQs, and communications related to system deployment • Own the Talent and Learning Workday technical roadmap • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of process design and redesign skills through prototyping

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience in Workday HCM • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Workday Time Tracking, Talent and Learning modules • Knowledge and experience with applications touchpoints across Workday HCM • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly • Relevant Workday certification(s) preferred • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred • Project management experience; Agile Project Management and JIRA a plus • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills • Strong technology and security aptitude • Solution-oriented, ability to diagnose issues and offer solutions • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions
