• Directly manage sales activities within the designated territory, including account development and new customer acquisition. • Assist in developing a North American partner ecosystems • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer requirements. • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and forecast sales accurately. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their IT roadmap and aligning our solutions to their business needs. • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and customer satisfaction. • Liaise with technical teams, solution engineers, and management to optimize sales processes and strategies. • Regularly engage in high-level meetings and discussions with C-suite executives. • Actively collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a cohesive approach to target markets, fostering a team-oriented environment and driving collective success
• Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas. • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and knowledge of the enterprise software market, particularly middleware, data integration solutions, and cloud-based technologies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. • Minimum of 7 years in enterprise software sales, with at least 4 years in a senior sales role. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA is preferred.
