Description

• We are looking for an outstanding Employment Counsel to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. You will advise our People team and other business partners in all areas of employment law, and proactively manage potential employment-related risks. You will get to work on interesting and novel issues that arise from the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school • 8+ years of employment law experience practicing at a law firm and/or in-house • Active bar membership in any US state • Deep knowledge of US and California employment laws • Strong record of providing business-focused advice and creatively identifying solutions • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business partners • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong time management, project prioritization, and management skills
