• Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. • Overseeing the entire QA/QC process, from test planning to defect management. • Managing a team of QA Analysts and Testers, providing guidance and support. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and metrics. • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing necessary changes. • Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance. • Preparing and presenting reports on quality metrics and issues to senior management.
• Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar QA/QC leadership role. • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. • Experience managing a team of QA Analysts and Testers. • Strong understanding of game development processes and the role of QA in the development lifecycle. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Effective communication and leadership skills. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulatory requirements. • ASTQB Game Testing Certification.
