• The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing accounting operations • Focus on complex financial accounting work and provide expert guidance to the accounting staff • Ideal for a strategic thinker with robust knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles who thrives in a supportive and consultative role • Responsibilities include providing expert guidance and support to accounting staff, overseeing financial processes, preparing detailed financial statements, developing financial analyses and reporting, collaborating with departments, participating in audit activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, recommending financial policy improvements, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • A Certified Public Accountant is required • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance roles, with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity • In-depth understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights • Knowledgeable in using the following accounting softwares: ACUMATICA and FLOQAST • Preferably has experience working in the Agricultural and Manufacturing Industry. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams • Experience in a remote work environment or demonstrated ability to thrive in a virtual setting is a plus
