• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an End User/Help Desk support analyst and IT systems administration • Proficient with Microsoft Azure and O365 suite • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, services, and technologies • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
