Description

• As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic product marketing initiatives for our suite of supplemental curriculum and assessment products, positioning them as essential solutions in the market and for our customers and prospects. • Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a team of talented product marketers to differentiate our product offerings through research of buyer and market insights, contributions to product priorities and strategy, development and execution of go-to-market strategy and calendar, providing product expertise for the creation of marketing content, and driving of sales enablement efforts. • You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—such as product management, enablement, sales, customer success, and other teams within marketing—to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing and at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies in the EdTech or education industry. • User-centric approach and strong desire to deliver valuable experiences to users and make an impact in K-12 education. • Strong understanding of the K-12 education market, including knowledge of curriculum standards, assessment practices, and educational technology trends. • Natural communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into a compelling story. • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
