Description

• Previous Account Manager experience with grocery accounts preferred. Specifically, Meijer & Kroger experience. • Delivering upon volume, share, and P&L targets. • Manage external relationships with buyers, brokers, & distributors • Leading the strategy, tactics, and execution of the business plan. • Build & manage Promo Calendars. • Execution of all line reviews/presentations across the entire portfolio of products. • Accurately forecast the business and proactively alerting leadership of major shifts in the business. • Reporting/Data Analysis - including weekly, monthly, and quarterly POS reporting. • Budget & Revenue Management.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of experience as an Account Manager, with grocery accounts • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Customer centric mindset with strong written and oral communication. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. • Strong cross-functional experience. • Strong team orientation with interpersonal skills to support. • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends. • Extensive, accurate product knowledge. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
