• Join PocketHealth's Customer Success team as a Senior Implementation Specialist • Provide project management, training, and support to healthcare providers • Work with various stakeholders for successful launch and implementation • Manage multiple implementations concurrently • Flexible to travel for customer visits as PocketHealth expands • Passion for technology-driven change in healthcare
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of project management and/or Customer Success experience in SaaS • 3-5 years of managing enterprise level projects • Excellent communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills
Benefits
