• Help with various marketing tasks including researching activities, proactively keeping an eye on the brands, and engaging in brainstorming and creative assignments • Maintain and update the website using a CMS • Create and distribute engaging newsletters, track/manage performance, and provide insights for future campaigns • Research competitors and campaign ideas • Communicate with 3rd party providers • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to brainstorm campaign ideas • Responsible for community management and online reputation • Proactively monitor and track online mentions of the brand across various platforms and provide insights
• At least 1 year or more of marketing experience • Japanese (N1) and English (B2) language proficiency • Experience working with a CMS (WordPress or similar) to update websites • An understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines • Understanding of social media marketing principles • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (such as GA4) • The ability to handle multiple projects • Detail-oriented and willing to learn new things • Effective communication skills • Creative/Innovative • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
