Description

• Seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to manage and conduct user research with multi-disciplined teams throughout the product development process • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to uncover user insights that help build better products • Lead research studies using various methodologies to drive product improvements • Evangelize customer insights with internal product and customer groups • Contribute to the team’s advancement by developing new practices and methodologies • Coach and mentor others in the user experience team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, User Experience Design or Research, or similar discipline • At least 5 years’ professional experience in user research with an emphasis on research related to software and digital experiences • Experience planning and conducting user interviews and product concept testing and usability testing. • Experience working with Agile development environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 225 000 and 337 000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
