• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and growth ambitions • Create strong working environment by cultivating high levels of employee engagement • Develop, and partner with stakeholders to drive performance • Execute initiatives in the talent, workforce planning, engagement, productivity, and capability spaces • Be able to review data and create insights and implement recommendations, based on the review • Ability to partner in the safety space, to create a no harm environment
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field • Proven, well-rounded working experience as a People and Culture Business Partner • Self-starter who is people-oriented and results-driven • Ability to architect strategy together with a hands-on, growth mindset approach • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and strong communication skills • The ability to enhance performance and a continuous improvement mentality • The ability to travel at least monthly, if not more regularly as required
