Description

• Reporting directly to our CEO/CPO • Strategic design leader with experience building and scaling engaging web and mobile products for consumers • Staff Product Designer for User Growth and Engagement teams • Own the end-to-end user experience across platforms and offerings • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and other teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design experience with significant time spent leading consumer facing products or working within the digital creator space • Natural leadership and ability to make things happen and quickly, deep ownership mentality • Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level • Ability to conceptualize, prioritize and lead multiple projects for stakeholders • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills

Benefits
