• Oversee the design, development, scaling, and maturity of Third-Party Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management functions • Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and integration • Communicate clear strategies and reports to senior management and external stakeholders • Drive the TPRM and ERM frameworks and policies across all business entities

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in a regulated financial services company • Experience in Third-Party Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management • Analytical, sense of urgency, eye for detail • Ability to create and write programs, policies, and procedures • Strong leadership and communication skills
