• Manage projects and ensure client satisfaction • Provide daily status updates and resolve inefficiencies • Work with vendors and internal teams • Set up projects for field and monitor progress • Act as a liaison between client field management teams • Identify and implement process improvements • Verify project revenue and expenses

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Resourceful and able to work independently • Strong oral and written communication skills • Team player • Task motivated • 2 – 4 years field operations experience in market research preferred • Experience working in a remote environment • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
