Description

• Read and interpret customer briefs • Use our Design Suite to put an initial website together for the customer in ~4 hours • Complete enhancement requests for existing customer websites • Helping us co-design our Design Suite and workflow management tool • Will be working in an open and creative environment • Fast-growing platform with adjacent opportunities • Will be a main contributor to the success of the company

Requirements

• Web designer with 3-5 years of web design experience • Must have at least 1-2 years of HTML/CSS experience • Available to work minimum 10 hours a week, maximum 20 hours a week • Able to turn unstructured customer content and requests into pixel-perfect web designs that work on all devices • Desktop and mobile web design experience • Strong written English skills • Must be excited to do customer-focused website delivery • Comfortable receiving and pushing back on design feedback • Willing to learn the Design Suite • Candidate does not need to match all the requirements - talent and interest is highly favored • We particularly encourage underrepresented candidates to apply
