• Elevating the organizations’ digital presence by crafting and disseminating compelling digital content and campaigns • Supporting national and regional initiatives, driving lead generation, amplifying MQLS, and ensuring messaging is coherent and impactful • Collaborating with the product team, field marketing, and the national campaign manager to adapt messaging and create unique assets • Developing and maintaining engaging content across various platforms • Ensuring alignment of digital content with Riverside’s product and solutions messaging strategy • Developing benchmarks for website and social engagement • Monitoring audience engagement metrics and adjusting content to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions • Analyzing campaign performance using HubSpot to determine benchmarks and optimize strategies • Collaborating with the team to design digital campaigns and assets to move leads to MQLs • Utilizing analytics to track leading indicators and monitor engagement at each stage of the journey • Innovating digital marketing strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and technologies • Launching pilot programs using new digital platforms or technology (Including AI) • Implementing a learning program for marketing team, focusing on emerging trends and digital tools • Increasing audience reach though innovative digital marketing tactics, measured by analytics and engagement metrics
• At least 5 years of experience developing engaging digital content across multiple platforms • K-12 Education experience • Proficient in HubSpot • Analytical experience to measure campaign/marketing program effectiveness • Ability to effectively adapt messaging for various digital platforms. Maintain coherence and impact of messaging across channels • Ability to develop adaptable content including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and webinars • Experience in establishing and maintaining a shared digital asset library that can be easily updated and shared cross-functionally • Ability to develop assets that drive leads to MQLS and support customer journey progression • Understanding of customer journey to benchmark and improve lead to MQL conversion rates • Ability to use analytical insight to track engagement at each stage of the customer journey, understanding drop off spots and making actionable recommendations to increase conversion rates throughout the funnel • Experience developing reporting dashboards that measure campaign effectiveness and conversion rates • Innate curiosity regarding new marketing platforms and technologies along with AI • Experience piloting/implementing new digital platforms and technologies • Ability to evaluate effectiveness of emerging trends for piloting/implementation
