Descrição

• Tackle real-world complexity by building systems that make people's jobs easier — and understand the "why" behind the work: who it serves, what it affects, how it ties back to outcomes. • Make sound technical and product calls independently. Own your work end-to-end, from first understanding the problem through shipping and measuring results. • Keep pace with new tools and technologies, and apply them where they genuinely help. • Bring AI into your own workflow and into the products you build — and help others do the same. • Help shape team practices that balance fast iteration with quality — testing, documentation, the works. • Team up with Product and operations to shape new features from the ground up. Talk directly to users and stakeholders instead of waiting for requirements to land in your inbox.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, solid in at least one major language, and comfortable across databases and frontend web tech. • Real experience building with AI agents as part of your workflow — and genuine enthusiasm for where AI is headed in tech. • A mature, rigorous approach to building and maintaining systems, with an eye toward scale. • Ease moving across different technical layers and system concerns. • A track record of building and refactoring complex systems, distributed ones included. • A focus on outcomes over output — you want to understand why something matters and connect it to real business and user impact. • Bonus: experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, or similar) where compliance and data sensitivity are part of the day-to-day.
