Descrição

• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code and lead technical discussions • Identify and mitigate risks, estimate large projects, and advocate for technical investments • Review and optimize system performance, including latency, throughput, and resource consumption • Contribute to major system designs, write ADRs, and lead design reviews • Drive scalable, secure, maintainable architecture using threat modeling and secure design principles • Align goals and communicate with cross-functional partners across Product, Design, QA, Security, and Infrastructure • Coach engineers, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to interviews and calibration sessions • Lead large, ambiguous projects end-to-end from delivery planning through production and maintenance • Improve engineering standards and remove roadblocks • Own incident response and postmortems for team services • Make short- and long-term tradeoffs to maintain platform health • Use AI tools for prototyping, service scaffolding, proof-of-concepts, design exploration, and reducing boilerplate • Review, test, and take ownership of all AI-assisted output that ships • Help the team use AI effectively and responsibly

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior-level ownership and delivery • Strong full stack proficiency, with depth in at least one layer • Experience architecting and delivering complex distributed systems in cloud-native environments such as AWS, serverless, and containers • Ability to lead large, ambiguous projects end-to-end from design through production • Experience mentoring engineers and raising team-wide technical standards • Strong communication skills; ability to write clear RFCs, lead design reviews, and align cross-functional partners • Familiarity with secure SDLC practices, threat modeling, security reviews, and DevSecOps principles • Healthcare data standards such as FHIR or HL7 are nice-to-haves • Compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC2 are nice-to-haves • Data engineering technologies such as Spark, data lake/lakehouse architectures, and workflow orchestration are nice-to-haves • Platform services or large-scale data ingestion and processing pipelines experience is a nice-to-have • Remote-first and distributed-team experience is a nice-to-have
