Descrição

• Advise clients regarding innovative technology and content to help them make better decisions. • Recommend relevant strategies and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies. • Advise, author, and guide airport planning and design activities for master plans, airport layout plans, and/or airspace integration initiatives. • Understand clients and their business. • Collaborate with the National Aviation Services Operations team and aviation staff to deliver practice goals. • Support business growth of Aviation Planning, AAM applications, and other consulting services by developing and supporting a pipeline of business and contract opportunities. • Drive partnerships with aviation-industry consultants to win and perform projects. • Develop and maintain expertise in emerging technologies and regulations, including strategic industry partnerships. • Maintain a thought-leader/Subject Matter Expert profile through articles and regional conference presentations. • Work with staff to ensure successful project delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team/office satisfaction. • Manage, monitor, and forecast backlog, profit and loss, sales, net revenue, utilization, continuing education, and non-billable travel and expenses. • Lead and support proposals, shortlist presentations, and white papers, and participate in client contract negotiations. • Provide quality reviews of project documentation from work plans through final deliverables.

🎯 Requisitos

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5+ years’ of related work experience. • Aviation Subject Matter Expertise in one or more areas: Airport Layout Plans, Airport Master Plans, instrument approaches, pavements, facility planning studies, or site development. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment. • Must be willing to travel to clients, conferences and other Woolpert offices. • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives. • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the United States; Woolpert is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
