Descrição

• Support the rapidly growing Data Center’s Smart Power division • Start up and lead all on-site activities for large/complex project site work • Ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables according to contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during start-up, construction/erection, and commissioning • Manage on-site presence throughout the project • Coordinate smooth execution of all work activities • Ensure detailed and up-to-date site Health & Safety plans are in place for each work package and comply with the ABB H&S plan • Manage ABB technicians and subcontractors across multiple sites to achieve required quality and progress and meet delivery dates and standards • Plan project on-site activities with the Site Team, including local resources, equipment, and milestones • Manage the on-site activities budget to meet margin targets • Coordinate agreements between customers and external resources regarding construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy • Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally in alignment with the Service Quality Manager to maintain good customer relationships

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field • PMP certification and equivalent work experience will be considered in place of Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of experience working in project and/or construction management or field service • Data center or large scale construction experience strongly preferred • Must be able to travel up to an estimated 30% of the time • Advanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products • Strong understanding of UPS, STS and PDU equipment site commissioning preferred • Candidate is expected to reside in one of the listed areas and regularly visit construction sites
