Descrição

• Contribute significantly to technology, product, and solution development and related Intellectual Property (IP) • Serve as the first point of contact within Research & Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance activities • Identify, propose, and implement innovative solutions that drive business success • Maintain recognized expertise in a specialized area by incorporating the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies • Develop innovative approaches to complex engineering challenges by generating ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining validation methods • Document technical findings, designs, calculations, and project results • Contribute to IP generation and support project IP strategy development

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably in transformer design and development • Strong knowledge of industry standards, including UL, CSA, NEMA, IEEE, and IEC • Experience using simulation software for transformer design and analysis • Advanced English and Spanish communication skills • Availability to travel as required • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Experience in manufacturing processes, transformer assembly, and test report interpretation is desirable • Valid U.S. visa and passport are preferred
