Descrição

• Independently manage sales targets and commercial planning to sustainably achieve performance goals within your region • Proactively develop the market and customers with a focus on acquiring new clients as well as the long‑term management and expansion of existing customer relationships • Responsible for the strategic development and successful implementation of the Abbott RDx ID product portfolio within the defined sales territory • Prepare tailored proposals, conduct independent contract negotiations, and successfully close customer agreements • Monitor, analyze and report on competitor activities, and derive appropriate sales and market strategies • Conduct product trainings, demonstrations and on‑site implementations for customers in the region • Represent Abbott at national and international congresses, trade shows and professional events

🎯 Requisitos

• Degree in a natural science, alternatively medical training or comparable professional experience in diagnostics • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner with clinical contacts • High persuasiveness and the ability to build and develop sustainable customer relationships • Result‑oriented, structured and resilient working style in a dynamic environment • Strong problem‑solving and customer‑orientation skills • Team‑oriented personality with a high degree of initiative, energy and enthusiasm • Excellent organizational, presentation and moderation skills • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • High willingness to travel (approx. 70–80 %) within the sales territory • Fluent German and very good English skills
