Descrição

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including services agreements with healthcare customers, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, settlement agreements, information security agreements, business associate agreements, and real estate transactions • Provide advice and counsel on contracts, disputes, risks, and potential legal liabilities • Support transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing • Conduct research on relevant legal issues • Monitor and advise employees of relevant changes in law, policy, or guidance in the health care industry • Support HR department regarding employment-related matters • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal contract support within the company while maintaining the quality and consistency of contracts across the organization • Assist the company with its compliance program

🎯 Requisitos

• Juris Doctorate degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school with strong academic credentials • Licensed to practice law in the U.S • Preference given to candidates with corporate or healthcare legal experience at a law firm, corporation, or health care related company • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and demands • Proficiency in legal research, including Lexis, Westlaw, and other research tools, as well as experience with file and document management technology
