Descrição

• Lead, develop, and manage retail growth projects including expansions, relocations, renovations, conversions, and new store development • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to independent Ace retailers throughout the project lifecycle • Provide project planning, guidance, recommendations, and implementation support • Consult, develop, and close retail project opportunities using consultative selling • Educate retailers and stakeholders on store renovation benefits and investment opportunities • Inspire prospects, retailers, and Ace stakeholders to maximize project penetration throughout the assigned territory • Build relationships with retailers, District Managers, Retail Operations, New Business, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners • Plan and develop project scope for expansion, relocation, renovation, conversion, and ground-up store projects • Coordinate with District Managers to develop renovation prospect lists and strategies • Manage internal and external resources to meet established project schedules • Assess retail potential and right-size/right-place opportunities in existing Ace markets • Support review of potential real estate locations and evaluate project feasibility • Review landlord-tenant criteria and construction lease provisions • Track project updates and tasks using corporate project management tools • Conduct project site visits and communication calls to assess progress, validate quality standards, resolve issues, support implementation, and ensure completion and turnover

🎯 Requisitos

• B.S. / B.A. degree in business administration or construction, or commensurate experience • Capital project selling experience • Minimum of three years of experience in project management, retail operations, store development, construction management, business consulting, account management, or a related field • Working knowledge and understanding of Ace retail operations programs and initiatives • Understanding of basic retail store operations and management • General building construction knowledge preferred • Ability to formulate detailed estimates and schedules through project-scope development • Ability to accurately communicate project costs to retailers and stakeholders • Ability to review potential real estate locations for project feasibility • Ability to evaluate landlord-tenant criteria and construction portions of leases • Ability to track and maintain project updates using corporate project management tools • Ability to lead, manage, facilitate, and coordinate multiple retail projects concurrently • Ability to develop and present a project capitalization workbook • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority • Ability to communicate effectively with business owners, executive leadership, field teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision • Ability to work flexible hours remotely from a home office and travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel
