Descrição

• Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports, delivered on time. • Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, with a 100% satisfaction rate from internal and external stakeholders, within the first 5 days after the end month. • Actively support internal and external requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization and responsiveness. • Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar day within the first six months. • Efficiently manage the reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within the 6 calendar day. • Implement at least two process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, with measurable reductions in processing time. • Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets areas, delivering insightful financial analysis that contributes to key initiatives.

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience in Accounting • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting processing in a medium or large organization • Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, preferably Netsuite). • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools. • Outstanding Analytical and Process enhancement skills • High level of accuracy in preparing financial reports and reconciliations. • Strategic AI Integration (Crucial): Proactively identifies, designs, and executes process improvements by integrating AI and automation tools. • Ability to run complex financial data analysis and provide actionable insights. • Strong analytical skills to identify financial discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve efficiency • Demonstrates solid ownership and obsession with their craft • Demonstrates Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge • Communication & Collaboration
