Descrição

• Develop and implement strategies for profitable organic growth of global data center and technology accounts • Oversee AECOM’s relationship with large global technology clients • Establish visible global leadership with clients and deliver outcomes aligned with their business objectives • Lead global multidisciplinary teams and promote AECOM’s services • Influence AECOM leadership to align with client priorities • Develop and maintain senior and executive client relationships • Work with regional leadership and project teams to anticipate issues and improve quality • Connect AECOM teams and solutions across its global footprint to address complex client challenges • Raise AECOM’s brand through thought leadership and conference speaking engagements • Mentor and support the attraction and retention of client account management talent • Grow networks with current and potential clients, develop prospects, and expand existing business • Report to the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Technology and Data Centers • Travel domestically and globally

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field plus at least twelve (12) years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Proven experience developing relationships to drive growth • Experience in data center development • Existing relationships with industry-leading hyperscalers, colocation companies, and/or developers • Significant experience in a client-facing role • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience working with multicultural teams • Ability to work in ambiguity and lead by influence • Strong collaboration skills in diverse, multidisciplinary environments • Self-motivated and strong leadership ability • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills • Willingness to travel domestically and globally • Preferred: senior relationships with hyperscalers, colocation companies, and/or developers in the data center market • Preferred: experience working internationally • Preferred: recognized industry leader who is well connected
