Descrição

• Design and architect network security solutions using Cisco and Fortinet technologies • Lead deployment, configuration, and management of routing and optical transport systems, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend security measures • Conduct network and security assessments and provide detailed reports and actionable recommendations • Monitor and maintain security systems, respond to incidents, and implement corrective measures • Lead implementation of Identity Services with dual-factor authentication • Develop and maintain documentation for network security architectures, configurations, and procedures • Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams • Support sales engineering by developing technical solutions and participating in client presentations • Stay informed about network security developments, emerging threats, and product advancements • Participate in client meetings and clearly explain complex technical concepts • Attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design, installation, and configuration of network routing, switching, and security for large and complex networks • 10 years of Cisco and/or Fortinet experience preferred • 8 years of network architecture design experience preferred • 3 years of cybersecurity experience preferred • Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent highly desirable • Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Duo Security or competitive products, with willingness to learn • Experience with Fortinet SD-WAN products or willingness to learn • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level network security solutions • Experience with BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF • Expertise in VPNs, IPSec, SSL/TLS, and advanced threat protection • U.S. Citizenship required • Ability to lift and rack-mount equipment and climb ladders for installation activities • Some travel required depending on client and project needs • Knowledge of SONET architecture or willingness to learn • Strong knowledge of MPLS applications in regional connectivity • Knowledge of cloud security and integration with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR • Familiarity with Passive Optical Networks, including GPON, XGS PON, and Passive Optical LAN, is a plus • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Effective communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders • Relocation is not available • Sponsorship is not available
