Descrição

• Perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments under moderate supervision • Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures • Complete detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests • Propose approaches to solve new problems • Identify discrepancies in results • Perform work according to agreed budgets and schedules • Design utility-scale physical substations for the power delivery industry • Work with electrical engineering aspects of substation design

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Experience with high voltage substation design • EIT Certification • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Bentley MicroStation • Professional engineering license or ability to obtain one within 2 years of hire • Knowledge of construction practices and constructability • Experience with proposal writing and project estimating • Working knowledge of scheduling and project controls processes • Knowledge of substation industry and technology trends • Familiarity with IEEE, ANSI, NESC, and NEC codes and standards • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel • Attention to detail and ability to check the quality of own and others' work • Ability to use sound engineering judgment • Ability to manage time and workload effectively • Must have US employment authorization; sponsorship is not available
