Descrição

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Elixir and Python • Build and support early-stage and mature production systems powering Avandra's imaging data platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy • Own projects from concept through deployment and ongoing support • Lead technical initiatives with minimal supervision • Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and development standards • Establish scalable processes and frameworks supporting company growth • Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the engineering stack • Contribute to experimentation, learning, and technical excellence • Flex across functions and help solve challenges wherever needed

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Proven experience building and deploying production-grade applications using Elixir and/or Python • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices • Experience developing and maintaining scalable distributed systems • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams • Ability to independently drive projects and manage competing priorities • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases preferred • Previous experience mentoring engineers or technical leadership preferred • Experience in healthcare technology, health data, medical imaging, or regulated environments preferred • Familiarity with data-intensive applications, APIs, and large-scale platform development preferred
