Descrição

• Serve as the primary real estate lead for assigned renewable energy projects throughout the development lifecycle • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external real estate vendors • Build and maintain relationships with landowners, community stakeholders, consultants, legal counsel, and project teams • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate updates to internal and executive stakeholders • Coordinate and manage external counsel and third-party consultants • Mentor and provide guidance to Real Estate Analysts • Draft, review, and negotiate leases, easements, purchase and sale agreements, landowner estoppels, SNDAs, rights-of-way, licenses, and governmental and third-party agreements • Support negotiation and execution of mineral rights and curative documents • Manage vendor agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, Task Orders, Change Orders, and NDAs • Manage title and survey processes and review title commitments, Schedule B exceptions, title insurance policies, endorsements, and curative matters • Coordinate and review ALTA surveys • Conduct real estate due diligence for project acquisitions and M&A transactions • Evaluate project risks and prepare executive-level summaries with findings, liabilities, and mitigation strategies • Collaborate with permitting teams on regulatory filings and project approvals • Track real estate-related permit conditions and compliance requirements • Review project layouts and solar facility designs to identify real estate risks and solutions • Create exhibits, mapping deliverables, and KMZ files • Maintain project databases, trackers, summaries, and reporting tools • Coordinate project financial and administrative processes, including purchase orders and payment approvals • Support construction debt financing and tax equity transactions

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Experience managing commercial real estate transactions, project development activities, or real estate due diligence • Experience reviewing and coordinating title, survey, land acquisition, or property-related deliverables • Ability to interpret legal agreements, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving project environment • Experience supporting renewable energy, infrastructure, utility, or large-scale development projects preferred • Experience with project acquisitions, financial closings, construction financing, or tax equity transactions preferred • Familiarity with title insurance, ALTA surveys, subdivision mapping requirements, and land use considerations preferred • Experience working with governmental agencies, permitting teams, or regulatory stakeholders preferred • Knowledge of GIS or mapping tools and project management systems preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Procore, Ironclad, BlueBeam, SAP Fiori, SAP Concur, or QuickBase preferred
