Descrição

• Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery • Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction • Manage project initiation, including contractual obligations, client needs, goals, situations, and contacts • Develop and execute project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables • Identify project resources and assign major project roles • Coordinate project activities among team members, internal departments, clients, vendors, and subcontractors • Monitor work, provide technical and analytical support, and direct the project team • Interface with clients on technical matters • Manage project risks, issues, problems, and progress • Assist with problem resolution and risk mitigation • Integrate and review vendor/subcontractor tasks and deliverables • Liaise between technical and non-technical teams • Conduct project closure, acceptance, handover documentation, and post-implementation reviews • Oversee, select, develop, and evaluate employees assigned to the project • Identify and improve project management coordination processes • Maintain project information using AHEAD systems, including PSA and Smartsheet • Assist presales efforts, including OA, SOWs, and customer presentations • Develop customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities • Coach and mentor junior project management staff • Manage assigned technical projects and project segments as a single point of knowledge and control

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent would be required • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading and delivering complex projects or programs • Experience with data center/workload migrations, data center consolidation, and/or data center build outs • Strong technical knowledge in Dell, VMware, Rubrik, NetApp, etc. • Ability to independently manage medium to high risk, high complexity, and high client visibility projects • Strategic mindset and ability to align projects or programs with organizational goals • Advanced skills in project management software • Ability to manage project budgets and timelines • Ability to use negotiation techniques to reach agreement amid differing viewpoints • Ability to facilitate interaction with executive-level clients • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team, conflict management, time management, communication, and leadership skills • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
