Descrição

• Assist in coordinating project activities related to owner-furnished equipment (OFE) • Support vendor relationships by facilitating communication and tracking production plans to align with project schedules • Track and organize project costs, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates • Assist with administrative duties, including data entry across multiple systems and project trackers • Set up, manage, track, and communicate project costs, schedules, and documentation • Maintain project financial administration, including requests for proposals, change orders, requests for purchase orders, SOVs, forecasts, cost codes, and invoice reconciliation • Create initial submittals and manage project documentation across file-share systems such as Procore and SharePoint • Foster relationships with OFE vendors, construction teams, contractors, finance/accounting, and engineering • Contribute to procurement team process improvements while meeting project requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent degree or experience • 2–3 years of experience in a business-related field • Basic understanding of supply chain processes, preferably in data centers or manufacturing • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel • Proficiency with database systems, financial systems, Google Suite, internet research, scheduling programs, and related industry systems • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to multitask with good time management and organizational skills • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality • Ability to travel 25%+ of the time • Preferred additional experience in project coordination, construction, or manufacturing • Familiarity with construction or procurement cost tracking and documentation processes • Basic knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, or project scopes • Exposure to data center operations or commissioning processes • Awareness of commodity management or production planning concepts
