Descrição

• Engineer, design, develop, schedule, validate, and production-release body components and systems • Cover vision components • Perform component- and system-level design, development, validation, timing, and production release • Review, validate, and release automotive body designs • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams • Contribute to continuous improvement of design and release processes • Manage PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R, and technical sheets • Use CATIA V5/3DX or NX for 3D/2D model review • Use Teamcenter for documentation and release management

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field • 1 to 3 years in reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive body components • Experience or general knowledge of metal shell or frame of the vehicle, battery trays, upperbody, underbody, seals, metallic floor, roof, pillars, and panels • Experience or general knowledge with steel and aluminium materials • Experience or general knowledge of welding, riveting, clinching, bonding, laser brazing, and paint processes • CATIA V5/3DX or NX for 3D/2D model review • PLM (Teamcenter) for documentation and release management • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles • PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R, and technical sheets management • Intermediate-advanced English for technical comprehension and international team communication • Experience or general knowledge of closures, chassis, and powertrain is eligible • Preferred: experience with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs • Preferred: knowledge of style freeze processes and theme evaluation • Preferred: in-plant experience with tool tryouts, assembly, and program launch • Preferred: familiarity with automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949
