Ele oferece pesquisas de mercado automatizadas diariamente, um produto de pesquisa de mercado (Explore Pro) e um produto de gestão de receitas baseado em IA chamado Daylight. O ApartmentIQ atende a mais de 1. 500 empresas de gestão de propriedades (PMCs) e monitora diariamente mais de 8 milhões de unidades, com dados históricos e agregação de dados de preços/concessões. A plataforma é utilizada por gestores de ativos, gerentes de receitas e equipes de desenvolvimento de negócios no setor imobiliário multifamiliar para coletar inteligência competitiva, acompanhar pipelines de construção, comparativos de aluguel e automatizar fluxos de trabalho de inteligência de mercado.

Descrição

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Prepare and review timely GAAP-compliant financial statements • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards • Deliver management reporting and support board materials • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger • Improve and automate accounting processes for scalability • Maintain strong accounting policies and documentation • Lead annual financial statement audits • Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors • Design and maintain effective internal controls • Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance • Manage cash flow forecasting and Treasury • Oversee banking relationships • Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making • Hire, manage, and develop accounting team members • Build scalable accounting infrastructure • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement • Lead by example as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with direct execution of day-to-day accounting activities • Ready to jump in and tackle operational accounting tasks at every level—whether it’s a quick fix or a complex challenge • Roll up sleeves to support all aspects of the accounting function, from transactional work to executive-level financial reporting • Ensure deadlines are met by proactively stepping in to resolve issues and close gaps across the accounting organization.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA required • 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience • Minimum of 3 years in a management role • Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition • Experience leading audits and implementing internal controls • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems) • Proven ability to implement process improvements and scalable accounting practices • Advanced Excel skills • Brings a builder mindset and enjoys creating scalable processes while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the business • Experience working in high-growth or startup SaaS environments.
