Descrição

• Learning population health and developing transferable skills in both analyzing and presenting data • Creating value for Arcadia’s customers, particularly a large payer client, through dashboard building and deep-dive analysis • Preparing, analyzing, and visualizing tens of millions of records of healthcare data • Supporting our customers’ success in value-based care as well as internal Arcadia teams • Balancing and delivering on multiple B.I. reporting projects, primarily through our analytic dashboard product, Arcadia Vista • Collaborating with talented colleagues both within the Analytics team and with other Arcadia teams like Product, Customer Insights, Growth Team, and Implementation

🎯 Requisitos

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing business intelligence role that combined data analysis, visualization, and presentation • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field • Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL • Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI • Curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a creative approach to problem solving • A keen eye for detail and a desire to continually improve your work product and processes
