Descrição

• Own Enterprise segment narrative development and messaging • Conduct research and develop messaging for Finance, Legal, Analysts, Heads of Talent, RecOps, and other Enterprise stakeholders • Translate Ashby’s company-level narrative into messaging for Enterprise and upper mid-market buyers • Maintain the Enterprise messaging framework for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success • Partner with Sales Leadership and Solutions Engineering to identify segment opportunities • Develop Enterprise-specific enablement, campaigns, and sales-process materials • Serve as the source of truth between Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales on Enterprise messaging and collateral • Deliver trainings to Sales with other sales-supporting teams • Own Enterprise case studies, decks, one-pagers, campaigns, and account-based marketing content • Support TCO reports and ROI content to help buyers justify Ashby internally • Support Enterprise ABM initiatives with 1-to-1 and 1-to-few messaging and creative campaigns • Partner with Analyst Relations to prepare and brief analysts and press • Translate Sales Leadership priorities into actionable assets, initiatives, and rollouts • Build messaging for secondary Enterprise stakeholders • Refresh the core Enterprise sales deck • Align CS, Sales, and Marketing on Enterprise messaging as campaigns roll out • Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing

🎯 Requisitos

• Background in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering • Deep understanding of Enterprise buying, including multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles, and higher stakes • Confident writing and storytelling skills • Ability to adapt company narratives for sophisticated, skeptical buyers • Ability to own copy and collaborate with design on polished Enterprise-grade assets • Comfort partnering closely with Sales and participating in major deals • Ability to problem-solve through complexity and ambiguity • Ability to develop TCO, ROI, and business-case assets • Ability to create Enterprise content and messaging for complex buyers • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Content & Community, Demand Gen, Events, Partnerships, and Analyst Relations
