• Execute the Demand Generation Format balancing Inbound Attraction and Outbound Outreach • Transform technical value propositions into a consistent stream of high-intent Sales Qualified Leads • Manage demand generation across IT Staffing and NetSuite systems/ERP brands • Generate monthly MQL/SQL volume to meet FY 2026 targets • Optimize Cost Per Lead while maintaining lead quality • Increase lead velocity from first touch to Closed Won • Deploy Hero Integrated Marketing Campaigns using paid and organic channels • Work with SEO and Content teams to optimize the website as an Answer Engine • Execute PPC campaigns on Google and LinkedIn and Account-Based Marketing campaigns • Lead technical launches of integrated campaigns across Ads, Social, and Email • Design and manage automated Go-To-Market sequences in HubSpot • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and deploy personalized digital campaigns • Maintain sales SLAs for contacting high-intent leads • Analyze campaign performance weekly and shift budget based on ROAS and pipeline health • Build and A/B test conversion-focused landing pages with the Web Development team • Ensure paid messaging is technically accurate and aligned with the narrative pitch • Deliver increased SQL volume, execute the Q2 Hero IMC Campaign, and stabilize CPL across Stockton10 and Atticus

🎯 Requisitos

• 7–10 years in B2B Performance Marketing or Demand Generation, ideally within a technical service or ERP ecosystem • Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, workflow automation, and lead scoring • Mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (Search/Display), and Meta Ads • Familiarity with ABM platforms and personalized outreach tools • Expert-level ability to calculate and report on LTV:CAC, pipeline velocity, and multi-touch attribution • Understanding of the IT Staffing market and the NetSuite/ERP support cycle • Performance-driven marketing background scaling lead generation for a consultancy or technical agency • Comfortable moving between campaign strategy and detailed ad optimization
