Descrição

• Own and scale AUGO’s TikTok Shop creator/affiliate program from the ground up • Architect the affiliate program and build creator relationships • Drive sales through paid amplification and grow an engaged creator community • Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators using EUKA bots, Kalo Data competitor research, and targeted outreach • Build segmented creator lists and bots that generate weekly sample requests • Turn approved samples into posted videos through content briefs, viral hooks, and creator follow-up • Launch promotional campaigns and run TikTok GMV Max ads behind viral videos • Test commission structures and product seeding to grow affiliate revenue and profit • Capture creator contact information and build relationships with top performers via email, WhatsApp, and direct outreach • Develop retainer programs, newsletters, and exclusive offers for top creators • Set up and optimize TikTok GMV Max ad campaigns per product • Manage TikTok Shop listing health, including titles, images, pricing, and promotions • Resolve compliance issues and account violations • Refine commission rates, sample approval criteria, creative briefs, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns • Establish weekly KPI reporting • Document SOPs and record process Looms for recurring tasks • Build a “what works” playbook of winning content hooks, viral video patterns, and top-tier creator profiles • Launch the affiliate newsletter and present 90-day results and a growth roadmap • Work directly with the founder and eventually hire VAs and specialists

🎯 Requisitos

• 2–3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or influencer program management • TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, EUKA, Kalo Data, or similar creator-discovery platforms • Proven experience managing influencer/creator partnerships, including sample seeding, contact capture, and ongoing relationship building • E-commerce experience with Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms • Track record of scaling an affiliate or creator program from the ground up • Proficiency with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center • CRM management using Google Sheets, Streak, or equivalent • Experience with email marketing platforms; Beehiiv preferred • Strong written communication for creator messaging and content briefs • Data analysis and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets • Negotiation skills for commission structures and retainer deals • Ability to manage 100+ creator relationships simultaneously • High accountability, ownership, organization, strategic thinking, and testing mindset
