Descrição

• Visionary leader responsible for shaping and driving Banner’s digital customer engagement platforms that include Banner.com and associated mobile apps • Leads a team of professionals to optimize digital platforms, harness data-driven insights, and foster innovation in the healthcare marketing landscape • Evaluates and develops a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, budget and team structure that aligns with Banner's brand, mission, and strategic priorities • Leads marketing technology platform strategy and oversees the development and maintenance of the organization's digital assets • Directs the strategy and execution of social media and partners with the marketing and brand team to build brand awareness • Establishes and monitors KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience • Significant experience in digital and social marketing with a successful track record in digital media technologies, data management, content delivery and digital strategy in large, complex consumer facing businesses with 10+ years of experience • Proven success as an innovative digital leader with a track record implementing change across numerous disciplines including marketing, customer experience, culture and leadership, and digital technology integration • Strong understanding of patient-centered marketing in healthcare, including consumer decision journeys • Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing and web analytics • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights • Current in user experience trends; experience in highly regulated industry or healthcare (payer, provider, strategy consulting) preferred • Skilled in mentoring and nurturing staff and teams
