Descrição

• Develop and maintain multiple domain roadmaps • Support solution architects • Collaborate with enterprise business architects and business owners at all levels • Transform business requirements into technical solutions • Facilitate deep-dive technical design discussions and maintain awareness of industry trends • Expose data and metrics demonstrating maturity and value of the Domain Architecture practice • Identify innovation opportunities in the payer market, build business cases, socialize opportunities, and perform proofs of concept as warranted • Serve as architecture subject matter expert and designated chair for the Architecture Review Board as needed • Facilitate architecture reviews, impact analysis, documentation, recommendations, and publication of technical standards • Provide architectural leadership for development efforts integrating web applications, relational databases, information security, servers, networking, and other technologies • Conduct high-level analysis and design reviews to solve conceptual problems and prevent duplication of effort • Work with vendors to integrate their technologies into the organization • Evaluate new technologies and recommend updates to technology standards, practices, and methodologies • Create guiding principles and standards for engineers and the enterprise • Perform other job-related duties within the scope of responsibilities

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Analytics, mathematics, applied physics, or a similar technical discipline required, or four years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree • 7 years of technical leadership and hands-on technology implementation experience • 4 years of experience in software development, DevSecOps engineering, or systems administration • 3 years of experience in technical architecture or data management • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture practice, ALM, software development best practices and standards • Extensive demonstrable experience leading business application solution design and implementation of complex business initiatives • Expertise in at least three listed domains, including data architecture, data delivery, data governance, integration architecture, infrastructure architecture, cloud computing architecture, digital/digital marketing architecture, security architecture, healthcare systems, ERP, CRM, DevSecOps, Azure, or AWS • Strong analytical and technical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Understanding of network and security architecture • Knowledge of information principles and processes • Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting • Ability to estimate financial impact of alternatives and apply multiple technical solutions to business problems • Preferred: healthcare industry experience; understanding of HIPAA-related infrastructure and security requirements; TOGAF, ITIL, or vendor certifications • Licenses and Certifications: None Required • Must undergo background and pre-employment drug screening; satisfactory drug testing is required before hire
