Descrição

• Champion Beam Notes' expansion into the United States. • Lead onboarding for new US partners remotely and in person. • Drive product adoption by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and running user training and feedback sessions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with frontline workers and senior leadership. • Lead pilot evaluation, gather benchmark data, analyze Beam Notes' impact, and provide clear updates and reports. • Identify account expansion opportunities, develop proposals, and work with leadership to secure long-term contracts, expansions, and renewals. • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing product and market insights. • Help build and refine customer success processes and playbooks for the US market.

🎯 Requisitos

• Exceptional relationship building skills and ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and deliver engaging presentations. • Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and improving customer experience. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Adaptive and growth mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and able to learn and adapt quickly. • Genuine passion for making a positive difference in the frontline care sector. • 2–4 years in a high-growth VC-backed startup. • Willingness and ability to lead onboarding both remotely and in person. • Ability to gather feedback, analyze data, run training and feedback sessions, and evaluate pilots. • Ability to develop proposals and secure long-term contracts, expansions, and renewals. • Ability to work in the United States; application asks whether work visa sponsorship is needed.
