Descrição

• Design and build React and TypeScript features, including screens, routing, and state management • Build workflows for learners, teachers, Berlitz staff, and enterprise customer representatives • Consume and co-design typed API contracts with the backend team • Make backend changes, add endpoints, and debug across the frontend/backend boundary • Own web delivery from code to production, including build configuration, bundling, versioning, environment promotion, and release • Own load and interaction performance, responsive behavior, and WCAG-level accessibility • Trigger and consume the platform team’s GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline • Integrate Claude Code into GitHub and daily development workflows • Apply and champion best practices for type safety, testing, and accessibility • Collaborate cross-functionally with backend and platform teams in an agile engineering environment • Mentor peers and align with parallel engineering teams

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience • Proven track record shipping production web applications to real users • Strong, production-proven experience with React and TypeScript, including modern rendering and data-fetching patterns • Experience designing API contracts, writing endpoints, and reasoning about data models • Experience building consumer-facing flows and role-based internal or B2B tooling, including dashboards, admin screens, and reporting • Hands-on experience owning web release engineering end to end, including build pipelines, versioning, staged rollout, and post-release monitoring • Experience with frontend performance, responsive design, and accessibility • Proficiency with GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaboration • Working knowledge of shared design-system consumption, client-side state management patterns, and typed API contracts • Excellent communication skills to mentor peers and align with parallel engineering teams • React Native production experience, ideally with Expo’s managed workflow and the New Architecture (strong plus) • Experience with signed builds, app versioning, and store submission, including TestFlight/Play internal tracks, review, and staged rollout (strong plus)
