Descrição

• Lead projects within a portfolio of complex Medicaid initiatives for state Medicaid agency clients • Support development of operational systems for health coverage and continuity of care for individuals transitioning from incarceration • Support oversight and maintenance of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic programs • Advance strategic Medicaid initiatives across various stages of the project lifecycle • Provide project management, subject matter expertise, and leadership • Develop client deliverables including program and policy recommendations, state plan and waiver amendments, complex analyses, status reports, data and technical strategy plans, and presentations • Build relationships with project team members, client contacts, stakeholders, federal partners, and vendor contacts • Communicate project and delivery status to clients, team members, and stakeholders • Oversee junior colleagues and guide schedules, scopes, and deliverables • Mentor junior staff and partner with senior management on client work and career development

🎯 Requisitos

• 7 years relevant professional experience in state or federal government, healthcare, and/or consulting • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working directly for, or consulting directly with, a State Medicaid agency • Significant experience working with Medicaid program and policy • Experience developing and/or implementing Medicaid policy and programs • Experience interpreting and analyzing federal laws and regulations and documenting compliance recommendations • Experience with stakeholder engagement, research, and meeting facilitation • Alternative experience working for managed care plans, state Medicaid managed care plans, or other relevant stakeholders • Demonstrated project management and client problem-solving experience • Critical thinking skills to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-focused environment • Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s degree or years of experience in substitution for a degree • Travel to client sites can range up to 50%
