Descrição

• Design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions • Customize applications and integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with third-party software • Provide functional and technical support in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator • Support system interfaces and data integration, monitor critical workflows, and resolve or escalate issues • Design and implement new business processes within required configurations • Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software packages and assess compatibility with existing systems • Install and test upgrades and patches and provide technical troubleshooting • Research software modules and recommend process changes that improve application functionality • Build and share knowledge of application-module interconnections • Plan, coordinate, and guide Salesforce modifications for current and proposed designs • Design user interfaces and workflows based on business needs • Develop system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs • Convert logical designs into program code, improve program efficiency, complete complex coding assignments, and participate in code reviews • Provide technical guidance to entry-level developers and escalation support for trouble-ticket resolution • Support end users, debug system issues, and improve application development and support • Coordinate application operations and communicate upgrades, fixes, new processes, and impacts • Develop test plans, prepare test data, conduct testing, evaluate results and defect logs, and revise code • Prepare technical reports, instructional manuals, system design documents, and program documentation • Perform reporting and log, monitor, and manage reported problems • Participate in project status meetings and Agile, Scrum, and test-driven development practices, including user stories, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Document change control, perform on-call support, maintain regular and reliable attendance, and complete other assigned duties

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with coursework in programming and database systems, or equivalent experience • U.S. citizenship • Ability to receive a favorable interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense background investigation • At least five years of general application development and support experience • At least three years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience • At least three years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices • Hands-on Salesforce development experience in a Salesforce Government Cloud environment • Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems • Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST • Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira or a similar solution • Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences • Preferred: seven or more years of general application development and support experience • Preferred: four years of Salesforce Health Cloud experience • Preferred: four years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices • Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/or Platform Developer II certification • Preferred: experience with the Aura framework and OmniScript • Preferred: strong written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics • Resume must clearly identify Salesforce Government Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud projects, responsibilities, modules used, and dates of experience • Must perform all work from the candidate’s approved home workspace, not public, shared, or other outside locations
