Descrição

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors and field managers on succession planning, leader and team member development, performance management, talent, and rewards planning • Partner with business teams to design and implement change management plans supporting organizational change • Understand club and regional financial metrics and their relationship to HR and talent metrics • Use workforce data to drive improved performance, retention, and bench building • Consult with leaders on talent management and development processes and implement tactical actions aligned with business strategy • Design and implement multiple concurrent projects with COE partner teams supporting business and HR objectives • Partner with team members to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance • Support Field Leadership teams across Metro NYC, Long Island, NY, and greater New York club locations

🎯 Requisitos

• 5–7 years of Human Resource or Talent Management experience supporting Field retail leaders at the Director level • Functional HR expertise in talent management, employee and manager coaching, HR program and process implementation, learning and development, compensation and recognition, and employee engagement • Self-starter and change agent comfortable with ambiguity, initiative, and independent work • Proven experience managing multiple priorities and anticipating needs • Exceptional communication and demonstrated problem-solving ability • Ability to build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships and influence others • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action • Strong personal and professional integrity and ability to work with confidential information • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment • Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience may be substituted for an educational degree • Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
