• Interview prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the firm and familiarize them with their cases • Conduct primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit • Evaluate prospective clients' claims for alignment with the firm's practice areas and experience • Sign up new clients and gain their business • Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates • Enter client information for incoming and outgoing calls • Onboard and manage processes for new and prospective clients who are a good fit for the firm

🎯 Requisitos

• Bilingual: Spanish • Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise • Must be empathetic • Strong negotiation and people skills • Consistent and effective communication skills • Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent • Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow • Enjoy working in a team environment • Natural salesperson able to get clients to sign with the firm • Ability to handle all aspects of personal injury claims • Enjoys phone interactions • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks at once • Positive and friendly demeanor • Sales experience is a strong plus
