Descrição

• Engage directly with business stakeholders, VPs, clinical leads, and operations owners to identify ambiguous, high-value problems and translate them into buildable AI opportunities • Define minimum viable AI solutions and challenge assumptions before development • Map healthcare processes end-to-end to identify opportunities to eliminate friction, reduce cost, or accelerate decisions • Create scoping documents and ROI estimates with clear success criteria • Design and build AI prototypes within days using Claude and modern AI development tools • Develop full-stack AI applications using LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, REST API integrations, and lightweight front-end interfaces • Own technical architecture from prompt design through data pipeline and user interface • Iterate from user feedback toward production-grade quality • Partner with AI Governance to validate and scale enterprise-ready systems • Apply responsible AI practices including bias review, explainability, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring • Document solutions for handoff, scaling, and maintenance • Contribute reusable patterns and components to Brillio’s AI accelerator library • Participate in client sprint reviews, steering committees, and executive status updates • Demonstrate progress through live demos and working software • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and surface blockers, dependencies, and risks • Develop expertise in client businesses, workflows, data, competitive pressures, and regulatory environments • Build trusted-advisor relationships and share client learnings with Brillio’s applied AI community

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of direct, hands-on healthcare industry experience • Experience in health insurance operations or health system clinical and operational workflows • Proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) as a development tool, including Claude API, prompt engineering, tool use, and agentic patterns • Ability to build and ship end-to-end AI applications independently • Experience with LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic orchestration, REST API development, and lightweight front-end interfaces • Proven ability to move from a business conversation to a working AI prototype within days • Ability to explain technical solutions, business value, costs, and next steps to healthcare executives • Experience participating in steering committees, executive briefings, and business rhythm meetings • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into scoped AI opportunities with clear inputs, outputs, and success criteria • Quantitative fluency for ROI and impact measurement • Strong preference for agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen • Working familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, claims data structures, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and FDA digital health guidance • Preferred forward-deployed, embedded, startup, health insurance technology, or health system engineering experience • Preferred experience with reusable AI platforms or accelerators • Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, bias evaluation, audit logging, and enterprise responsible AI practices
